Surrounded by 20,000 flowers, this building has stunning views of the San Juan Islands, Point Roberts, Vancouver Island and the magnificent Peace Arch that was built in the early 20th century on the United States/Canadian border. A scenic location for meetings, company picnics, weddings, receptions, family gatherings and reunions.

Capacity: Interior capacity of 100 people; combined with grounds rental, capacity of 400.

Features: Meeting or dining area with fireplace; kitchen with triple sink, refrigerator and stove; large outdoor picnic area and 20 picnic tables; covered stage; indoor tables and chairs for 100 people (fee required); restrooms adjacent to building; accessible to those with disabilities.

Not Provided: Firewood, catering.

Notes: View includes grove of giant oak trees, the Peace Arch and Semiahmoo Bay.

Accepted after Jan. 1 for dates in that calendar year. Full fee plus $50 damage deposit required at least two weeks prior to event.

Fee include the exclusive use of the American Kitchen, the Covered Stage Area and the Gazebo.                         

 

1 – 50 people:

$68 daily (plus tax) Mondays to Fridays
$153 (plus tax) Saturdays to Sundays

 

51 – 199 people:

$123 daily (plus tax) Mondays to Fridays
$277 (plus tax) Saturdays to Sundays

 

More than 200:

$308 (plus tax) Mondays to Fridays
$615 (plus tax) Saturdays to Sundays
