Summer of Love
The COVID-19 Pandemic has had an undeniable effect on the world.
During a time of confusion, uncertainty, and separation, Peace Arch State Park has been a refuge for many from across North America and beyond, providing one of the only places in the country for people with friends and family on opposite sides of the border to spend time together while the border has been closed.
The "Summer of Love" design reflects the park's regular cast of characters between 2020 and 2021. They include the RCMP, CBP, Immigration Lawyer, Border Patrol, Canine Officers, and the Peace Arch State Park Ranger.
The mug's retro design is colorful and humorous and puts a smile on your face during what has been a trying time for thousands of American and Canadian families. It leaves the individual to imagine one's own story with love in their heart and mutual respect towards their fellow man.
